Data Deletion

If you connected Facebook in vix.solutions/marketing, we keep the names and IDs of your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, the encrypted access tokens Meta issued, the IDs and links of the posts we published for you, and their statistics. See our Privacy Policy.

Sign in to vix.solutions/marketing, open Settings → Facebook un Instagram and press "Atvienot" (Disconnect). This deletes your stored access tokens at once and withdraws the app's permissions at Meta. Posts already published stay on your Pages until you delete them on Facebook or Instagram.

You can also remove the app from your Facebook account: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select "vix manager" and press Remove. Our tokens stop working immediately.

To have all data about you deleted — including your post history and statistics — email [email protected] from the address you use with us. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
