Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information vix.solutions ("we", "us", or "our") collects through the vix.solutions website (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information You Provide
When you use the contact form or email us directly, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
3. Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may automatically log standard technical information — such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited — to help us keep the Site secure and understand how it's used. This is not linked to your identity unless you've also contacted us directly.
4. Cookies
The Site may use a small number of cookies or similar technologies necessary for basic functionality, and — where you've consented via the cookie banner — for understanding aggregate site usage. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; blocking cookies may affect some site functionality.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party providers for functions like video delivery, hosting, and email — who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We keep contact-form and email correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry or fulfill a client engagement, or as required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected].
8. Facebook and Instagram (vix.solutions/marketing)
Invited users of our content tool at vix.solutions/marketing can connect their Facebook account through Facebook Login so that posts they schedule are published to the Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts they manage. For this we store: the names and IDs of the connected Pages and Instagram accounts, the access tokens Meta issues (encrypted), the IDs and links of the posts we publish, and the post and follower statistics Meta reports for them. We use this data only to publish the user's own posts and show their statistics; we don't read personal messages, friends lists or other people's profiles, and we don't share it with anyone.
The data is kept while the account stays connected. How to remove it is described on our data deletion page.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
